Was it worth it?

Yes it was! I have been having a serious itch to get Gage's bedspread made, so last night before bed I decided I'm just going to cut all the fabric and get that over with. So I get all my pieces cut, it's about 10:30 and I think to myself I'll go ahead and sew the top pieces together, that will be fast. I get that done and you can probably guess where I am headed here....I sewed the bottom pieces together, pinned those pieces with the batting and quilted it, sewed the back of the cover (it is a duvet cover/quilt) put all my pieces together and sewed it up! By the time I was finished and had my mess cleaned up it was 2:30 in the morning! It was a LATE LATE night but worth it to me no doubt! His bedspread is done and on his bed and he loves it! Now I just need to make some pillow cases and we're in business! Yay! Oh and I would post a picture but I'm holding out on doing that until his room is completely finished! Hopefully that will be soon!
