Entirely Frustrated

I'm about ready to pull my hair out right now. For some reason, which is beyond me, I cannot add a picture to my blog header. I guess that's not a good explanation...I can add it....it just doesn't show up after I save it. I used to think that I was somewhat computer competent, I'm having my doubts though. If there is anyone out there, secret admirers even, who think they can help me out...please do! Much appreciated!
