My boy the surgeon!

So as most of you know, Gage had to have tubes put in his ears about 2 months ago to help keep him infection free and help him hear better. Well he has been such a happier baby...he can hear better, we aren't in the pediatrician's office every week, and I'm not having to force antibiotics down this throat! So anyways, yesterday I was babysitting this seven month old little boy and I had left him and Gage to play in the living room while I cleaned up breakfast...well I heard Gage jabbering away at him so I just walked a little closer and noticed that Gage was trying to put something in his ear! Tyson looked a bit unsure but wasn't making any noise, I ran and took the object in question from Gage and it was this little inch long, clear tube! Gage was trying to give his new friend tubes! He just liked his new ears he figured he'd help the little guy out! Well I didn't have a clue where this tube came from and I thought it was probably too big to have been the one in Gage's ear but I called the doctor just in case! I was just baffled as to why he would try to put the tube in Tyson's ear, unless it had come from his. Well I was right this was not Gage's tube...but the nurse did offer him a job once he could reach the surgery table! So that is my funny story of the week! Gage is such a goof!

I am glad the ear plugs helped his ear infections, sick babies are no fun. I swear it seamed like Ethan was ALWAYS in the doctors office his first two years. What a smarty to try it out on another kid!
