{how do you stuff?}

It's that time of year! I've got stuffing and stuffers {stocking stuffers that is} on the brain! I have a few good ideas...thanks of course to the ever inspiring shops at ETSY.
I can't think of anything that Baby Boy would love more than a sweet teether. Like this one from Booger Bear Creations. Absolute genius!
And Lil B Designs definitely knows what my Bossy Pants would love. Something like this is sure to give him endless entertainment ANYWHERE!

And as for me, well that's easy! Retro Mama has oodles of delicious looking stuffers! This pear pin cushion in particular would look so fabulous setting in my stocking on Christmas morning!

Now for the part where I always fall short. What about THE HUBBY? Socks? Two years in a row. DVD's? Those seem to be my crutch. Candy? Yup. And he hardly likes candy. So my question for all of you is What do you put in your man's stocking? I want to be a little more creative this year. Pa-Lease share your ideas with me!

I've put those lovely embarrassing festive novelty boxers, a shaving kit with homemade soap and a kiss me kit which included lip scuff and lip balm. The year he got his ipod I also put in an itunes card. I usually put just one thing in it but I give it alot of thought! The novelty boxers were my personal favorites until alas.... he informed me he had enough!!

Good question!!! Like you, I always fall back on DVDs and the candy I (err, santa...) puts in his usually only gets eaten by me... not so good! So... I'm thinking Cologne? Wow, that's all I got!!

My hubby doesn't like candy that much either!! It's not fair...I always have to try and be creative:) Last year I did a mini- scrapbook with my memories and things I loved about "us" from probably about this time until christmas!

Your post had me intrigued I have to say. Guys are so hard to get things for I think, especially small stuff. Gift cards are a good idea. i like the boxers idea too.

Thank you so much for following my blog! My blog has been nominated for an award but I have only had 1 vote. I thought I would ask if you could help me raise cancer awareness by voting for my blog. If I win it could generate so many new readers and hopefully help others with their battle.

I always get my husband pistacios (the green chile one from New Mexico where we used to live, dark chocolate and some sort of a book that I think he will enjoy. I've also done mini-flashlights, coffee beans, boxers, soaps, tools for his bbq, cd's, cologne, bread mixes (he's the family baker!), and of course, socks!!

Last year I gave Jerry a list of all the reasons why I loved him along with a few little tools that could fit in there too.

Flashlights, tools, but it depends on what your man likes.

HOW ABOUT A COUPLE FAVORITE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS? MAYBE MEMORY CARDS TO DOWNLOAD SONGS FOR MP3'S OR CAR LISTENING? OR I-TUNES, FOR IPOD...THERE'S ALWAYS THE STAND BY LUMP OF COAL IF HE'S NAUGHTY!

My husband shows love by giving gifts, but he rarely lets anyone in on what he wants, so it's always a tenuous thing, those stockings. Thanks for asking the question because now I have some ideas!
