And I say It's alright.

Probably one of my FAVORITE songs by the Beatles. And it is my anthem today.

I have been freezing my buns off here.

I have always been one to embrace the season I am in.

I still love the winter.
I still love the snow.
I still wouldn't trade the mountains for any other place.

But my bones are cold. And who likes cold bones?

So we are setting sail to sunnier places.

The Hubby has work to do in Mesa and thus, the boys and I will soon be joining him for a long weekend.

We will be bundled in sweaters and blankets, thick socks and perhaps a hot chocolate in hand. But there will be a happy little bag sitting in the trunk, laughing. It will be loaded down with flip flops, short sleeve shirts and maybe just maybe a pair of shorts or two.


Now, please excuse me.
It would seem the toes could use some flip flop prepping.
